terms and conditionsPAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY PRIVATE FUNCTIONS/CONFERENCES
DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS For weddings, a non-refundable deposit of £800.00 is requested to confirm your booking. If the event will take place within 21 days then the full amount is payable. For any other function either an agreed deposit, 25% of the estimated cost of the function or £500.00 is payable as the deposit, whichever is lower. Please note that payment for any additional drinks or food requested during your function, which has not been pre-paid will be required at the time of order.
MINIMUM NUMBERS Should your final numbers fall below our minimum requirements (75% of original numbers) you will be charged for the minimum numbers. Eligo reserves the right to change/amend the above minimum numbers policy.
FINAL DETAILS Final numbers must be confimed to Eligo 4-6 weeks prior to the event.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY The charges for cancellation of confirmed bookings within three months of the event are: Within 12 weeks 25% of total value Within 8 weeks 50% of total value Within 4 weeks 100% of total value
In the event of cancellation, Eligo reserves the right to charge an administration fee of 25% of the total value to the booking prior to the 12-week deadline. |
