Many thanks for your interest in holding your wedding celebrations at Bourne Hall.
We have a wide selection of packages and menus to give you an idea of the type of quality and range of services we are able to offer, although we are always happy to discuss alternative ideas and thoughts you may have.
Our menus have been designed carefully to give you a choice of quality and value to suit all ranges of budgets, and if you have any special requirements we would be very happy to sit down with you and discuss these and come up with a menu to suit. We believe our prices are very competitive and therefore do not allow hirers to bring their own wine or alcohol.
All our wedding packages include a cash bar facility, all labour costs, linen, cutlery, crockery and glassware hire as needed. Finger buffet only options do incur a labour fee of £25.00 and if a cash bar facility is required for any buffet only options, a £50.00 staffing fee will apply. Room hire costs will depend on the type of room chosen and the numbers attending and will be quoted to you on application. All the prices quoted are inclusive of vat.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated costs of the function is requested to confirm your booking. Following the initial consultation and confirmation, our Banqueting Manager running your event will make contact and meet up with you around 4-6 weeks prior to the date to discuss and finalise all of the finer details. A final invoice is prepared at this time based on these discussions.
